Amends Section 39-8202, Idaho Code, to revise the definition of "safe haven" in the context of child safety provisions.

Expands the definition of "safe haven" to include fire stations operated by cities, counties, tribal entities, fire protection districts, or volunteer fire departments if personnel are on duty.

Maintains existing safe haven designations including hospitals licensed in Idaho, licensed physicians and their staff, advanced practice professional nurses, physician assistants, and medical personnel responding to 911 calls from custodial parents.

Makes technical corrections to the statute language and formatting related to the safe haven definition.
