Amends Section 5-341 to grant property owners immunity from civil damages for policies that allow or do not prohibit lawful carrying, possession, or storage of firearms by employees in personal motor vehicles on business premises.

Defines "property owner" to include individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations, and other lawful entities that own, lease, or control real property in Idaho.

Amends Section 6-904 to add a new exception to governmental liability for claims arising from governmental entity policies that allow or do not prohibit lawful carrying, possession, or storage of firearms on property owned or controlled by the governmental entity.

Protects both private employers and government entities from civil liability related to firearms policies, provided the carrying, possession, or storage is lawful.
