Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" to protected classes under Idaho's civil rights law, extending protections previously limited to race, color, religion, sex, and national origin.

Defines "gender identity" as a person's actual or perceived gender identity, appearance, mannerisms or other characteristics, with or without regard to the person's sex at birth.

Defines "sexual orientation" as a person's actual or perceived orientation as heterosexual, homosexual, bisexual or asexual.

Extends discrimination prohibitions to employment, public accommodations, education, and real property transactions for individuals based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

Makes technical corrections to existing civil rights statutes to incorporate sexual orientation and gender identity protections throughout applicable sections of Idaho Code.
