Establishes public policy protecting Idaho citizens from foreign law application when it violates fundamental constitutional rights including due process, freedom of religion, speech, press, and privacy or marriage rights.

Voids and makes unenforceable any court ruling based on foreign law that would not grant parties similar fundamental liberties guaranteed by the U.S. and Idaho constitutions.

Voids contractual provisions choosing foreign law or foreign jurisdiction/arbitration if the chosen law would not guarantee parties constitutional protections for due process, religion, speech, press, privacy, or marriage.

Denies forum non conveniens claims if granting them would violate a party's fundamental constitutional rights in the foreign forum where the dispute would be litigated.

Excludes corporations and business entities that contract to subject themselves to foreign law in non-U.S. jurisdictions, protects religious organizations' ecclesiastical decisions from court review, and preserves federal treaty obligations.
