Prohibits public servants in regulatory, law enforcement, judicial, administrative, legislative, and executive positions from soliciting or accepting pecuniary benefits from persons subject to their jurisdiction or with interests in matters before them.

Revises Section 18-1356, Idaho Code, by changing the heading of subsection (2) from "Officials concerned with government contracts and pecuniary transactions" to "Public servants" to broaden its application.

Removes the exception that previously allowed benefits received from lobbying activities disclosed under chapter 66, title 67, Idaho Code, clarifying that such benefits are prohibited under subsections (1) through (4).

Maintains exceptions for fees prescribed by law, gifts based on kinship or personal relationships independent of official status, and trivial benefits not exceeding $50 incidental to professional contacts with no substantial risk to official impartiality.

Establishes that violations constitute misdemeanors punishable under applicable chapter provisions and prohibits any person from knowingly offering prohibited benefits to public servants.
