Establishes legislative intent to preserve the presumption of privacy for all citizens in fish and game enforcement.

Authorizes fish and game officers to inspect storage facilities (warehouses, restaurants, markets, etc.) and vehicles when they have probable cause to believe they contain evidence of wildlife violations.

Requires officers to obtain a warrant or receive consent from the property owner before conducting any search or inspection, unless evidence is plainly visible to the officer.

Eliminates the exception that allowed warrantless searches of automobiles, boats, aircraft, campers, and other moveable vehicles based solely on the location of the evidence.

Preserves the authority of officers to conduct searches incident to lawful arrest.
