Allows motorcycle and motor-driven cycle operators to elect a six-month only registration period in addition to the standard annual registration option.

Six-month motorcycle registration fee is set at $9.50, compared to the annual fee of $19.00.

Operators must specify which six-month period they are electing at the time of registration.

Applies only to motorcycles and motor-driven cycles that comply with federal motor vehicle safety standards and are operated on public highways.
