Sales associates must provide a true and legible copy of any signed brokerage representation agreement to the designated broker or broker's office prior to the end of the next business day.

Sales associates must provide a true and legible copy of any document signed by a buyer or seller (including fully executed purchase and sale agreements, counteroffers, and addendums) to the designated broker or broker's office prior to the end of the next business day.

For fully executed purchase and sale agreements, counteroffers, or addendums, sales associates must also provide copies to both the buyer and the seller.

Brokerage representation agreements may be electronically generated, transmitted, faxed, or delivered in another method and shall be deemed true and correct and enforceable as originals if parties have agreed in writing.

All changes made to any offer to purchase or real estate purchase agreement must be initialed and dated by the parties to the transaction.
