• Establishes provisions for voluntary donations of $2.50 or more to the state snowmobile fund when applicants register directly with the department rather than through vendors.

• Updates the snowmobile search and rescue fund to support recovery operations for individuals riding over-snow vehicles and allows excess funds to be distributed to trail groomer replacement and search and rescue training programs.
