Amends Idaho Code Section 18-915C to establish exemptions from the battery against health care workers statute for persons with mental illness.

Exempts from enhanced penalties any person who is seeking admission to a hospital or medical clinic for mental illness, has been admitted for mental illness, or is currently being treated in a mental health facility.

Specifies that Section 18-116, Idaho Code (relating to accomplice liability) applies to the battery statute notwithstanding the enhanced penalties in subsection (1).

Specifies that Section 18-207, Idaho Code (relating to voluntary intoxication defenses) does not apply to the enhanced penalty provision for battery against health care workers.
