Removes language from Idaho Code Section 67-2320(2)(i) that prohibited public agencies and political subdivisions from using information about a person's or firm's rates, overhead, and multipliers for ranking purposes in professional service contract selections.

Allows public agencies and political subdivisions to request and potentially use rates, overhead, and multiplier information when selecting engineering, architectural, landscape architecture, construction management, and land surveying service providers.

Applies to professional service contracts exceeding $25,000 where selections are based on qualifications and demonstrated competence.

Maintains existing requirements for public agencies and political subdivisions to establish selection criteria, rank qualified firms, and negotiate fair and reasonable prices for professional services.
