Amends Section 18-3302I of Idaho Code to revise provisions on threatening violence on school grounds with firearms or other deadly or dangerous weapons.

Makes threatening violence on school grounds by word, electronic means, or act a misdemeanor offense.

Creates a new felony offense for knowingly possessing a firearm or deadly or dangerous weapon, or making, altering, or repairing such weapons in furtherance of carrying out a threat of violence on school grounds.

Removes the requirement for prosecution to prove the defendant actually intended to carry out the threat.

Defines "deadly or dangerous weapon" as any weapon, device, instrument, material, or substance used for or readily capable of causing death or serious bodily injury, and clarifies "on school grounds" applies to property owned or operated by school districts, public charter schools, or private elementary or secondary schools.
