House Bill 715 Summary

• Appropriates $23,698,200 to the Department of Administration for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019) across five divisions: Management Services ($1,349,200), Administrative Rules ($446,600), Public Works ($16,107,900), Purchasing ($3,643,900), and Insurance Management ($2,150,600).

• Authorizes the Department of Administration to employ no more than 113.00 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2019, unless specifically authorized by the Governor, with Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee notification required for any increases.
