Prohibits insurance companies from declining, limiting, or refusing coverage for living organ donors under life insurance, disability insurance, or long-term care insurance policies

Prohibits requiring individuals to donate organs as a condition of receiving insurance coverage

Prohibits using living organ donor status as a factor in determining insurance premium rates or coverage amounts

Prohibits discrimination against living organ donors in offering, issuing, canceling, or setting conditions of insurance policies, unless based on legitimate actuarial risks

Authorizes the director of the Idaho Department of Insurance to enforce this prohibition through actions authorized under Idaho insurance law
