Amends Section 20-532A, Idaho Code, relating to orders for apprehension and detention of escaped juvenile offenders in Idaho Department of Juvenile Corrections custody.

Adds reference to sections 18-2505(2) and 18-2506(2), Idaho Code, to define what constitutes an escaped juvenile offender.

Authorizes the department director or designee to issue written orders for law enforcement to apprehend and detain escaped juvenile offenders.

Requires sheriffs, police, constables, parole officers, prison officials, and other peace officers to execute apprehension orders.

Specifies that apprehended juveniles shall be detained in the closest available detention center and transported to the department's nearest regional facility as soon as possible, or directly by the detaining authority at its discretion.
