Legislative Description
Amends existing law to provide that the Priest Lake outlet control structure shall be under the supervision and control of the Idaho Water Resource Board; to revise provisions regarding the operation and maintenance of the structure; and to revise provisions regarding the maintenance and regulation of the water surface level of Priest Lake.
