Amends Section 18-3302K of Idaho Code regarding enhanced concealed weapons licenses to allow senior or emeritus members of the Idaho State Bar to deliver instruction on Idaho firearms law and use of deadly force in qualifying handgun courses.

Changes the requirement for firearms law instruction from "licensed" to "active, licensed senior or emeritus" members of the Idaho State Bar, expanding who is eligible to teach this portion of the course.

Maintains existing requirements that qualifying handgun courses must be at least 8 hours long, taught face-to-face, include at least 98 rounds of live fire training, and cover safe use, self-defense principles, and Idaho firearms law.

Instructor credentials and the name of the individual teaching the legal portion must appear on the course completion certificate submitted with the license application.

Makes technical corrections to the statute related to concealed weapons licensing procedures and standards.
