Appropriates $14,475,300 from the General Fund for the Public Schools Educational Support Program/Division of Central Services for fiscal year 2019 (July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019)

Allocates up to $2,775,300 for literacy programs, intervention services for non-Title I schools, math initiative programs and regional math labs, and limited-English proficiency programs, with a report due by February 1, 2020

Authorizes up to $3,100,000 for student assessments including college entrance exams for grade 11, preparation exams for grade 10, and end-of-course exams for high school science

Directs up to $2,700,000 for professional development and teacher training, and up to $4,100,000 for digital content and curriculum including credit recovery, adaptive math instruction, and limited-English proficiency programs

Prohibits any appropriated funds from being distributed or expended for statewide wireless contracts or wireless technology infrastructure
