Approves all pending administrative rules adopted by state agencies during the prior calendar year that impose a fee or charge, submitted through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator for legislative review during the 2018 session.

Rules become effective upon adoption of this concurrent resolution or on the date specified in the administrative rule.

Declares that any rule provisions imposing fees or charges not submitted through the Office of Rules Coordinator for legislative review shall be null, void, and of no force and effect unless approved by separate concurrent resolution.

Establishes legislative authority to reject rules under Section 67-5291, Idaho Code, if found inconsistent with legislative intent.
