Approves all temporary rules adopted by state agencies under the Administrative Procedure Act that were submitted to the Legislature through the Office of the Administrative Rules Coordinator for review during the 2018 legislative session

Extends approved temporary rules until they expire by their own terms, are replaced by final rules, or until the conclusion of the First Regular Session of the Sixty-fifth Idaho Legislature

Prevents approved temporary rules from remaining in effect beyond the First Regular Session of the Sixty-fifth Idaho Legislature unless further extended by concurrent resolution from both houses

Allows temporary rules not submitted for review during the 2018 session or excepted from approval to expire upon adjournment of the Second Regular Session unless approved by separate concurrent resolution
