Removes obsolete language from Section 54-3708 regarding occupational therapist and occupational therapy assistant licensure examinations.

Repeals the existing Section 54-3711 and replaces it with new provisions establishing that occupational therapy licenses are issued for a one-year term expiring on the licensee's birthday and must be renewed according to Section 67-2614, Idaho Code.

Authorizes the licensure board to issue inactive licenses with board-specified terms, procedures, and fees; holders of inactive licenses cannot practice but may convert to active status by demonstrating competency through education, supervised practice, and/or examination.

Clarifies that the board may consider practice in other jurisdictions when determining competency to resume practice after inactive license status.

Adds authority for the board to adopt rules requiring continuing education for license renewal and revises language in Section 54-3717 regarding board powers and supervision procedures.
