Amends Idaho Code Section 19-603 to expand warrantless arrest authority for peace officers in specific circumstances.

Authorizes arrest without a warrant upon immediate response to a crime report when there is probable cause to believe a person committed assault, battery, domestic violence, first-degree stalking, second-degree stalking, violation of a protection order, violation of a no contact order, or threatening violence upon school grounds with firearms or dangerous weapons.

Authorizes arrest without a warrant when there is reasonable cause to believe, based on physical evidence observed or statements made during immediate response to a crime report aboard an aircraft, that a person committed a crime on the aircraft.

Makes technical corrections to the language in Section 19-603 regarding domestic assault or battery.
