Mandates that parents or guardians receive a brief description of instructional content and have the option to review materials before granting permission.

Requires alternative educational activities be provided to students who do not participate in or attend sex education or presentations regarding sexuality.

Extends compliance requirements to guest instructors delivering sex education or sexuality instruction, requiring adherence to sections 33-1608 through 33-1611 of Idaho Code.
