Allows persons under age 21 to enter movie theaters that sell beer or wine if the theater had a valid license on January 1, 2006, or was built prior to January 1, 1950 and listed on the national register of historic places.

Prohibits display of films or visual reproductions that violate Idaho obscenity laws (chapter 41, title 18) or federal pornography and obscenity laws on licensed movie theater premises.

Defines "movie theater" as a motion picture theater utilized solely for exhibition of a motion picture.

Allows applicants for beer retail licenses at theaters presenting live performances or historic movie theaters (built before January 1, 1950 and on the national register of historic places) to note this on their application.

Makes technical corrections to Idaho Code sections 23-944 and 23-1010 by replacing "alcohol" with "alcoholic beverages" and "which" with "that" throughout the sections.
