Amends Idaho Code Section 67-2806 to allow political subdivisions to post notice of information technology solicitations electronically on their website instead of publishing in the official newspaper.

Website notices for information technology bids must be posted at least two (2) weeks before the bid opening date, with the original notice remaining posted until the bid opening.

Any amendments to information technology solicitations must be posted in the same location on the political subdivision's website, and all solicitation records must be maintained for six (6) months from the bid opening date.

Applies to purchases or leases exceeding $100,000 in value that use the open competitive sealed bid process.
