Amends Section 59-1356 to allow retired school teachers, administrators, and public safety officers who retired at age 60 or older to continue receiving retirement benefits when reemployed by a school district without accruing additional service or making member contributions.

Requires school districts employing retirees under this provision to pay the required employer contribution to the public employee retirement system.

Amends Section 33-1004H to expand eligibility for school districts to employ school resource officers, certificated teachers, and administrators who are receiving retirement benefits as at-will employees.

Retirees employed under this section accrue one day per month of sick leave with no annual accumulation unless negotiated separately, and accrued sick leave does not qualify for unused sick leave benefits.

School districts are not required to provide health insurance or life insurance to retirees hired under this section, though post-termination benefits may be negotiated at the time of employment.
