Removes "subdural hematoma" from the definition of child abuse and replaces it with "head injury" as a condition resulting from conduct or omission that indicates abuse.

Maintains existing abuse definitions related to sexual conduct, including rape, molestation, incest, prostitution, obscene or pornographic depictions, human trafficking, and other forms of sexual exploitation.

Preserves all other definitions in Idaho Code Section 16-1602 related to child protection proceedings, including terms such as "abandoned," "adaptive equipment," "adjudicatory hearing," "age of developmentally appropriate," and "aggravated circumstances."
