Changes the surcharge for providing evidence of filing within 8 working hours from $240.00 to $240.00 (maintains existing rate).

Adds a new $100 surcharge for expedited service when entity filings submitted before 1:00 p.m. mountain time request same-day processing.

Clarifies that the $20 surcharge for manual data entry applies only to forms not available for online filing through the Secretary of State's electronic filing system.

Maintains existing filing fees for various entity documents including articles of incorporation ($100 for business corporations, $30 for nonprofits), certificates of organization ($100 for limited liability companies), and other corporate filings.
