Allows high school graduates who did not use their advanced opportunities funds ($4,125) before graduation to use remaining funds at state-designated trade schools within three (3) years of graduation.

Requires the state board of education to designate public and private trade schools eligible to receive advanced opportunities funds and establish published criteria for designation.

Defines "trade school" as institutions offering postsecondary education or training for careers or occupations requiring a license or certification, but not associate's, bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degrees.

Amends section 33-4602 to add subsection (14) permitting post-graduation use of previously unused advanced opportunities funds, and creates new section 33-4603 to establish state-designated trade school provisions.
