Allows persons with a valid enhanced concealed carry license issued under section 18-3302K to possess concealed firearms on school property if the firearm remains concealed and under immediate control, without requiring board permission.

Prohibits school employees who lawfully carry concealed firearms under this exception from being compelled to disclose their possession to anyone except Idaho peace officers conducting investigations, and prevents disciplinary action or retaliation by schools or school districts.

Preserves private property owners' rights to permit or prohibit concealed firearms on their property, with violators subject to criminal trespass charges.

Provides civil immunity for schools and school districts from lawsuits arising from lawful concealment of firearms by authorized persons on school premises.

Maintains existing prohibitions on carrying concealed weapons in courthouses, juvenile detention facilities, and jails, with exceptions for peace officers, security personnel, and authorized individuals.
