Appropriates $12,667,600 from the General Fund to the Public Schools Educational Support Program's Division of Central Services for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020)

Allocates up to $2,609,100 for literacy programs, math initiatives, intervention services for non-Title I schools, and limited-English proficiency programs with reporting requirements by February 1, 2020

Authorizes up to $2,258,500 for student assessments including college entrance exams for grade 11, college prep exams for grade 10, and high school science end-of-course exams

Allows up to $2,700,000 for professional development and teacher training with tracking of usage and effectiveness at state and local levels

Permits up to $1,200,000 for adaptive math instruction digital content and up to $2,250,000 for limited-English proficiency instruction programs; allows up to $1,300,000 for technology education and IT certification programs meeting specified component requirements
