Appropriates $18,097,200 to the Industrial Commission for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) across four programs: Compensation ($6,459,600), Rehabilitation ($4,261,500), Crime Victims Compensation ($4,893,800), and Adjudication ($2,482,300)

Authorizes the Industrial Commission to employ no more than 132.25 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2020, with the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified of any increases authorized by the Governor

Increases the annual salary of each Industrial Commissioner from $104,020 to $107,141, effective July 1, 2019
