Appropriates $8,483,800 to five regulatory boards from the State Regulatory Fund for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020), distributed among: Board of Accountancy ($691,000), Board of Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors ($841,500), Bureau of Occupational Licenses ($4,632,300), Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board ($629,200), and Real Estate Commission ($1,689,800)

Authorizes maximum full-time equivalent positions for each board: Board of Accountancy (4.00), Board of Professional Engineers & Land Surveyors (5.00), Bureau of Occupational Licenses (42.00), Outfitters and Guides Licensing Board (6.00), and Real Estate Commission (15.00)

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee be notified promptly if the Governor authorizes any positions exceeding the authorized limits

Reappropriates unexpended and unencumbered balances from fiscal year 2019 to the Bureau of Occupational Licenses, not to exceed $1,021,000, for database upgrade expenditures during fiscal year 2020
