Corrects code references in Section 55-2205 by updating the citation to Section 55-2202(157) for the definition of "reasonable accuracy" and making technical corrections to terminology throughout the section.

Amends Section 55-2206 to revise language regarding one-number notification services, including clarification that all underground facility owners or operators participating in such services are subject to the damage prevention board's jurisdiction.
