Amends Idaho Code Section 18-2508 to revise the provision making it unlawful to knowingly entice, aid, assist, or abet the escape of persons committed to state institutions, or to harbor or employ such persons.

Clarifies that the statute applies to delinquent, insane, feeble-minded, or incorrigible persons committed to or confined in any state institution for treatment, education, or welfare.

Establishes violation as a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment in county jail for not exceeding one year, or both.

Repeals Idaho Code Section 18-2509, which previously contained separate punishment provisions for violations of the preceding section.
