Amends Section 18-915, Idaho Code to include employees of the Department of Parks and Recreation authorized to enforce chapter 42, title 67, Idaho Code in the list of personnel protected under assault and battery laws.

Extends enhanced criminal penalties to attacks on Department of Parks and Recreation enforcement employees, making such offenses subject to doubled punishment compared to standard assault and battery charges.

Maintains existing penalty structures where battery with intent to commit a serious felony carries up to 25 years imprisonment, and other assaults carry doubled penalties from respective sections.

Requires that perpetrators know or have reason to know of the victim's status as a protected employee for enhanced penalties to apply.
