Amends Idaho Code Section 50-1304 to require plats include a narrative as described in Section 55-1906

Amends Idaho Code Section 55-1906 to add a new requirement that records of survey must contain a surveyor's narrative

Surveyor's narrative must explain the purpose of the survey and how boundary lines were established or reestablished, including the reasoning behind decisions

Narrative must identify which deed records, survey records, found monuments, plat records, road records, or other pertinent data were controlling when establishing lines

For surveys with a vertical component, the narrative must show benchmarks used, the vertical datum referenced, and the methodology used to achieve elevations
