Appropriates $158,500 from the Administration and Accounting Services Fund to the Department of Administration for Public Works Program personnel costs for maintenance personnel at the Chinden Campus for fiscal year 2019.

Appropriates $181,000 from the Permanent Building Fund to the Department of Administration for Public Works Program operating expenditures for project management software annual subscriptions for fiscal year 2019.

Appropriates $87,800 from the Administration and Accounting Services Fund to the Department of Administration for Purchasing Program operating expenditures to cover increased costs for Central Postal Services for fiscal year 2019.

Reduces the appropriation to the Department of Administration for Public Works Program by $158,500 from the Administration and Accounting Services Fund for operating expenditures related to maintenance personnel at the Chinden Campus.

Authorizes one additional full-time equivalent position for the Department of Administration for maintenance personnel at the Chinden Campus for the period July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019.
