Defines "first responder" as law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical services providers, coroners, and other emergency rescuers for purposes of anatomical gift notification.

Requires first responders and hospitals to conduct reasonable searches for documents of gift or refusal to identify donors or individuals who refused anatomical gifts.

Mandates that upon determination of death, qualified persons notify the Idaho state EMS communications center with the deceased donor's location, name, and date of birth, which then notifies the appropriate donation agency.

Requires first responders who locate a document of gift or refusal to send it to the hospital if the individual is transported there.

Provides immunity from criminal or civil liability for persons who fail to discharge duties under this section.
