Amends Idaho Code Section 54-1230 to clarify that licensed professional land surveyors and their subordinates may enter private lands within Idaho for surveying and related activities.

Requires surveyors to provide prior written notice to landowners and occupants by first class mail or personal notice at least seven (7) days before entering property, unless the notice period is waived in writing.

Specifies that notice must include the surveyor's name, address, telephone number, purpose of survey, timing, and information about any temporary or permanent monuments to be established.

Prohibits surveyors from entering railroad property without written permission from the railroad's chief engineering officer or designee.

Requires surveyors to cooperate with landowners and occupants to avoid disruption of business or agricultural operations.
