Authorizes contractee brewers to enter into contractual relationships with contractor brewers to produce beer to the extent allowed by federal law.

Requires both contractee and contractor brewers to be separately licensed and separately owned, with each bearing separate responsibility for compliance with state beer regulations.

Specifies that beer brewed for a contractee brewer counts toward the contractee's annual barrel production but does not count toward the contractor brewer's annual barrel production.
