Changes "believe" to "know" throughout Idaho Code sections 16-1615, 16-1619, 16-1620, 16-1621, and 16-1622 regarding whether a child is an Indian child eligible for tribal membership protection.

Applies the terminology revision to shelter care hearings, adjudicatory hearings, permanency plan hearings, case plan hearings, and review hearings in child protective proceedings.

Maintains all existing procedural requirements for courts to inquire about and document efforts to determine Indian child status and work with tribes to verify membership eligibility.

Makes technical corrections to existing statutory language without substantively changing the legal standards or procedures for child protective proceedings.
