Amends Section 39-3302 to define terms and make technical corrections related to residential care and assisted living facilities, including renumbering definition subsections.

Adds new subsection (7) to Section 39-3355 allowing residential care or assisted living facilities to submit accreditation surveys from nationally recognized accreditation organizations instead of regular state compliance inspections if accreditation standards meet or exceed state requirements.

Prohibits the department from conducting onsite compliance inspections during valid accreditation periods, except for complaint surveys, reportable incidents, or emergencies, while preserving the department's authority to investigate abuse, neglect, exploitation, and other complaints.

Requires facilities using accreditation to submit copies of accreditation reports to the department along with license renewal applications and ensures accreditation results are available for public inspection.

Corrects code reference in Section 63-701 from section 39-3302(15) to section 39-3302(146) regarding the definition of residential care or assisted living facilities for property tax reduction purposes.
