Increases eligible uses of the $4,125 Advanced Opportunities funding to include career technical education (CTE) workforce training courses such as federally registered apprenticeships, in addition to existing overload courses, dual credits, and exams.

Limits CTE workforce training funding to a maximum of $500 per course and $1,000 per year, with eligible courses required to be provided by Idaho public technical colleges and lead to industry-recognized certificates, licenses, or degrees for regionally in-demand occupations.

Requires the state department of education to collaborate with the division of career technical education to maintain a list of eligible CTE training courses and costs.

Establishes that eligible CTE courses must be required training for occupations deemed regionally in demand, not otherwise available at the student's high school, and open to high school-aged students.

Maintains existing program requirements including reimbursement timelines, transcript recording, parent enrollment permissions, and reporting to legislative education committees by January 15 annually.
