Allows courts to assess a monthly probation supervision fee against juvenile offenders placed on probation, not to exceed the maximum monthly misdemeanor probation supervision fee set in section 31-3201D, Idaho Code.

Requires monthly probation supervision fees to be deposited into a newly created county juvenile probation fund or county justice fund, to be used exclusively for county juvenile probation services.

Permits the clerk of the district court to use collection procedures outlined in section 19-4708, Idaho Code, for collection of court-ordered debts owed by juvenile offenders, including restitution and other fees.

Allows county juvenile probation services to be funded from fees collected pursuant to section 20-520, Idaho Code, in addition to any funds appropriated by the board of county commissioners.

Makes technical corrections and clarifies code references throughout sections 19-4708, 20-520, 20-529, and 20-532, Idaho Code, to include juvenile offenders in debt collection provisions previously applicable only to criminal cases.
