Each county jury commission shall compile and maintain a county jury list from voter registration supplemented with names from utility customers, property taxpayers, motor vehicle registrations, drivers' licenses, and state identification cards as designated by the Idaho Supreme Court.

The Idaho Supreme Court shall compile and maintain a state master jury list divided into county jury lists for use by jury commissions authorized to use the Supreme Court jury platform, with the Supreme Court determining the method and timing of updates at minimum annually in December of odd-numbered years.

Jury commissions and the Supreme Court must avoid duplication of names and require custodians of source lists to electronically transfer updated information including changes, deletions, and additions upon request.

Names drawn from the county jury list shall be selected randomly using manual, mechanical, or automated systems, with prospective jurors served summons and required to complete qualification questionnaire forms within ten days.

The act declares an emergency, making the changes effective upon passage and approval.
