General Fund provides $1,531,200; Federal Grant Fund provides $3,246,000; remaining funds include Randolph Sheppard Fund ($127,700), Rehabilitation Revenue and Refunds Fund ($47,300), Miscellaneous Revenue Fund ($84,400), and Adaptive Aids and Appliances Fund ($83,700)

Appropriation covers personnel costs ($3,015,400), operating expenditures ($838,100), capital outlay ($27,900), and trustee and benefit payments ($1,238,900)

Authorizes no more than 41.12 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year, unless specifically authorized by the Governor

Requires Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee to be notified promptly of any increased positions authorized by the Governor
