Appropriates $3,426,700 from the General Fund for personnel costs ($2,789,000) and operating expenditures ($637,700) to the Commission of Pardons and Parole for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020).

Appropriates $70,700 from the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund for operating expenditures.

Total appropriation to the Commission of Pardons and Parole is $3,497,400 for fiscal year 2020.

Authorizes the Commission of Pardons and Parole no more than 37.00 full-time equivalent positions during the fiscal year 2020 period, unless specifically authorized by the Governor.

Requires the Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee be notified promptly if the Governor authorizes any increased positions.
