Appropriates $127,453,100 to the Department of Fish and Game for fiscal year 2020 (July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020) across six programs: Administration, Enforcement, Fisheries, Wildlife, Communications, and Wildlife Mitigation and Habitat Conservation.

Authorizes the Department of Fish and Game to employ no more than 569.00 full-time equivalent positions during fiscal year 2020, with any increases requiring Governor approval and Joint Finance-Appropriations Committee notification.

Reappropriates up to $300,000 from the Fish and Game (Licenses) Fund and $200,000 from the Fish and Game (Federal) Fund for the Headquarters Feasibility Study for fiscal year 2020.

Appropriates an additional $1,500,000 from the Expendable Big Game Depredation Fund for the Wildlife Mitigation and Habitat Conservation Program to pay depredation claims for fiscal year 2019, effective immediately as an emergency measure.
