Transfers $529,000 from the General Fund to the Permanent Building Fund by the State Controller as soon as practicable.

Appropriates $529,000 from the Permanent Building Fund to the Department of Administration for the Division of Public Works for July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2019, for Borah Building renovation costs, State Treasurer office relocation expenses, and computer or office equipment capital outlay.

Requires the Division of Public Works to notify the State Controller of any unexpended and unencumbered moneys upon project completion, which shall be transferred back to the General Fund.

Exempts the appropriation from object transfer limitations under Idaho Code Section 67-3511(1) and (3), allowing unlimited transfers between object codes for this specific appropriation.
